Perma-Green Supreme, Inc. compiled this list of used equipment. This service is intended as a business-to-business exchange program, much like a want ad in a newspaper. By submitting this application, the seller grants PermaGreen Supreme, Inc. permission to use the information (including but not limited to: company name, address, location, phone numbers) for purposes stated here. Interest of particular units are to be submitted directly to PermaGreen Supreme, Inc. via phone, fax, or email, whereupon, PermaGreen Supreme, Inc. will release necessary information to contact the seller, strictly for interests concerned here. For any questions or information related to a particular ‘pre-owned’ unit, please contact Perma-Green Supreme, Inc. at (800) 346-2001 or by email at support@permagreen.com. Transactions and dealings with the seller (you) in respect to any ‘pre-owned’ machines shall be effective only between you and the buyer.You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, sell, publish or broadcast the information received through PermaGreen Supreme, Inc. to anyone, including to others in the same company or organization, without the prior written consent of PermaGreen Supreme, Inc. PermaGreen Supreme, Inc. and ride-onspreader.com assumes no liability for errors, omissions and/or misinterpretations pertaining to ‘Pre-Owned’ listings, nor assumes responsibility for any and all details, agreements, and terms between the buyer and seller (including but not limited to: condition, merchant-ability, description, availability, price, delivery; or lost, unshipped, broken, or inappropriate items).
